Imagine you'd won a huge amount of money (think lottery win, inheritance from a fabulously wealthy aunt, etc.) and after taking care of your immediate needs and desires decided that you were going to spend the rest of your money investigating "the UFO phenomenon" (admittedly you probably wouldn't want to do that in real life but this is just a thought exercise!)

What would you do to get closer to "the truth"? Remember, you don't have to go to work, you can afford to buy any assets or expertise you deem necessary and you've got the rest of your life to devote to this issue. What would YOU do?

I wouldn't spend much investigating UFO's. There are so-called "primitive" cultures that know much of these things and have never heard of a dollar. I would pump it all into designing more intelligent housing, community organization, and energy generating options. I hate square architecture. I hate seeing homes destroyed by weather. There are simple, affordable solutions to building homes that will survive tornadoes, hurricanes, and flooding. I hate powerlines...they muck up my view of Nature and kill bald eagles. These would be the problems I'd spend my dough trying to solve...after I bought a sweet guitar rig.

Establish a foundation that could hire scientists and researchers and attempt to catalog and evaluate events.
