The news story featuring George Knapp, whose been on The Paracast, is particularly interesting, because he's a pretty straight shooter. It's also interesting how one major market TV station treats this stuff seriously, without guffaws and stupid asides. Would that other stations might get the message.

Too bad, though, that Linda Moulton Howe got involved.

I think the key is that though the station is major market in Las Vegas, it isn't big media. Local markets tend to air the stories they take place within their environs, but they usually never make it into national media. Exceptions to Texas and Chicago duly noted.

In those cases, the huge interest in UFOs may have played a part, but they were soundly guffawed over often enough in the reports. Makes for advertising dollars. At least that's my guess.

You should have him on the Paracast to talk about this.

I'd really like to see more on the Paracast about recent sightings and events. You guys do a good job debunking the loons (one of my favorite things) and getting into interesting theory discussions, but I'd like to see more current paranormal events... especially since your show brings a bit of a skeptical eye and actually asks interesting questions instead of just me-tooing everything.

I'd love to see a recent sightings show with witnesses and/or researchers on the front lines of the Indiana, Stevensville Texas, and Needles/Las Vegas crash events.

I would like to hear more about this on the Paracast. How about the witnesses? What about those helicopters? Very interesting, especially since it happened in the recent past. It is still a fresh story compared to Roswell.
