Looking for a particular UFO photo

Hi I dont mean to sound presumptious starting threads etc but......

I was wondering Ive been looking for this photograph and I cant recall ever seeing it on the web (Which i find suprising). I wonder if anybody here has seen it somewhare ?

The photograph was taken in the UK in the seventies. It is a normal photo of a little girl holding a bunch of flowers but in the background is an Alien wearing a space suit.

The guy who took the photo seemed genuine enough , he was an old guy just taking a photograph of his granddaughter. I saw him interviewed on a documentary and he said that when he captured the image there was only his granddaughter that he could see.

Apparently the location of the photo was near a military base and it is believed that the Alien in a space suit was captured on film aswell but this has never been disclosed to the public.

I would really like to see this photo again as it is really good one of the best ive seen. The Alien is a bit blurred but theres no doubt that its a space suit.

Ive only seen this photo in books.

Does it ring any bells ?

Waaaahhh ... its the Cumberland Spaceman pic.

That really freaked me out when I was a kid. In fact since I am still a kid at the ripe age of 40, it still freaks me out. Totally irrational of course but then again some things are irrational ... except for being a fan of the British band, The Fall

If I remember rightly, at the same time this photo was being taken, a tall man dressed in very similar gear was seen in the vicinity of a rocket being made ready to launch ... in the US or Australia (??).

Anyway, as far as can ascertain the pic has never been fully explained with all sorts of strange and mysterious explanations being put forward for it.

Maybe this would be a good mission for Messrs Biedny and Ritzmann???

Anyway, I think the photo looks hokey as hell.

I think the photo has something about it such as the naturalness of the girls expression and the occasion of the photo.

I would love for you to have seen the documentary that aired on UK television a few years back where the author of the photo was interviewed it was pretty good and he seemed quite genuine though who can say in this game.

It could be a hoax photograph but it is weird.
